We are committed to providing high-quality waterproofing solutions. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of chemical and waterproofing products, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or application.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.
  • Change-of-mind purchases after the order has been delivered.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where applicable.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refund arrangements will be communicated directly to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the package received

This allows us to review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by Royal Chemical

In such cases, the return shipping cost may be covered by us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
